The whip has nine lashes each woven from four pieces of leather with a thick handle with brass accents and loop to attach to your wrist or hang from a belt  

The total length of the whip including the handle loop is 84.5cm. The nine lashes each measure 45cm, the handle measures 22cm and the loop measures 17.5cm.
